Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>A feature class containing vector data set using set layers of base data from Henderson County North Carolina. Created using subdivision surveys approved by Planning Staff and updated weekly by Henderson County Planning Department. The feature class was merged with the internal shapefile and housed Henderson County Enterprise Geodatabase in 2022. A database cleanup to fields and domains was applied in 2023. The data is used by the Planning Department to track all subdivisions approved by the Planning Department, subdivision trends, and the overall growth of the county. Henderson County Planning Staff created the feature class in 2006. The dataset is for internal county department(s) use only. </SPAN></P></DIV>
